Fabulous pool and location. Accommodation was comfy and clean although a little on the basic side. Loved the upstairs door to a grass area and was perfect for our old dog who struggles with separation and stairs.

Lovely secluded location and site amenities, the pool was lovely, and a great point to explore Devon from; will definitely be back, but likely in another villa on the complex.

Place was a little smaller than hoped, and the queen size bed was both uncomfortable and small, ended up dragging the two single beds downstairs to sleep in the living room. Would benefit from a fan, and better oven gloves.

Lovely location and well equipped and comfortable cottage. Heating was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the rain! My daughter loved the indoor pool and I really enjoyed walking the dogs around the grounds first thing in the morning. Really appreciated the secure patio area and convenient parking. Would be very happy to return to Hope Cottage. Very comfortable and an excellent base for visiting beaches and Dartmoor.

Double bed needs a new mattress and quilt. Personally I would like linen to be washed in a fabric conditioner so they smelt nice and fresh. That's not a complaint. Just a personal preference.

Great location with great facilities

Could feel every spring in the beds need replacing also sofa had seen better days.

The cottage was very nice and the grounds and facilities are stunning.

The only negative is the mattresses and the sofas could be nicer, sofas very low and flat and mattresses are pretty uncomfortable. But for a short stay it was manageable.
