location and facilities on estate were good.

blackout curtains or blinds are essential as sun bursts through at 5am during summer. bedding needs upgrading. also no fan at the property.

sorry think it’s not for four adults, small bedroom beds were very poor . sadly could do with some new sofas and beds .
