It was home away from home. Calm, warm, comfortable and relaxing. The welcome pack was EVERYTHING! The homemade bread was a cherry on top. It was exactly what was shown on pictures.

Everything was super seemless. Alida is the friendliest and sweetest hostess. We were greeted with fresh cookies, baked bread and a bottle of wine which was warmly welcomed as we didnt have any groceries with us on arrival. location was perfect for our stay. the house was comfortable and clean. we will certainly return again.

The pool was great in the hot weather. Not far from restaurants and nice walks from the house. Montagu has great hiking trails, restaurants and the Montagu garden was great-Martin gave us much information about the 2 ladies that started the garden, information and history of the area and what routes to walk on.

The reality compared to the pictures seen on the website is very different. The place needs a good make over as it is "worn/tired". Tiles are cracked, house needs a painting on the inside and outside. Draws and cupboards stick when opening. We cut our stay short by one day as my wife and daughter were bitten several times by something in the house. The mechanics of the blind in the lounge was broken.

Die Wohnung war insgessmt sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin Alida hat uns mit einem ganz frischen Brot, einer Flasche Wein und lokalen Sweets willkommen geheißen. Das war total schön. Auch die Blumendeko auf dem Tisch war sehr malerisch

Es hat an nichts gefehlt aber einiges Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war nicht sehr einladend.
