GBWe really liked the remote location, beautiful walks and views right outside the property. Host was welcoming. Well equipped kitchen, big shower, lots of space.
A pub within walking distance would have been nice.
IEI liked the location as it was very close to the village of Schull. You need a car for this location, but it offers the best of country living while close to the village. Great location for exploring the Mizen Penninsula.
The shower was very usable but a little quirky.
IEIt's a lovely private cottage in the countryside, very clean and comfortable to stay in. Stocked with kettle, toaster, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator. Even had milk stocked in the fridge. We had a fair whack of a drive down from Monaghan, and it was a godsend to be able to get in and have a cup of tea. Everything needed was there. Lovely towns nearby to wander in and have meals out and really nice beaches to stop and walk as well. Will definitely look to book again
