Die Terrasse mit Blick auf dem See ist einfach nur gigantisch.

Der Zugang zum Privaten Strand, sollte man die Äste wieder mal bisschen zurück schneiden.

The apartment has a nice terrace, which is perfect for relaxing in the evening or having breakfast in the morning when the weather is good. Since we spent most of the day outside, we really appreciated this space. The host was responsive and quickly helped us when we had an issue with the hot water. There is also a large parking area, which is convenient for guests arriving by car.

We had read previous reviews before booking, so we already knew that the apartment was not new and showed some signs of use. However, what we did not expect was how difficult it would be to reach without a car. After collecting the keys from the key box, we had to walk around 45 minutes to the apartment. The distance itself was not the main issue, the problem was that part of the route was along a road without proper space for pedestrians while cars were passing very close by. For guests arriving without a car, it is much better to take a train or boat to Baveno after collecting the keys, as the walk is shorter and safer for pedestrians. Other small things to know: there was only hand soap provided in the bathroom, no shampoo or shower gel. There was also no dish sponge or hand towel in the kitchen, which would have been useful. The apartment is a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but we were aware of that before booking and chose it mainly for the beautiful view.

Sale et mal entretenu. Avons eu un serpent de plus d un mètre dans la pelouse et un rat sur la terrasse. La porte du bac a congélation cassée de même que la hotte de ventilation. On nous a annoncé un barbecue mais il était inutilisables nous avons du en acheter un. De plus l accès au lac est dégueulasse

Die Lage ist top…direkt am See mit privatem Zugang…die Ausstattung ist okay ein Toaster wäre nicht schlecht gewesen…das Grundstück ist sehr schön aber leider nicht besonders gepflegt hier wäre schön wenn aufgeräumt würde und nicht überall kaputte Möbel rum stehen würden

Die ein und Ausfahrt zur Unterkunft ist schwierig…vllt ein kleiner Spiegel auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite und dann wäre das Problem gelöst…
