Kina Beach Cottages

Everything about this property was magical - the parking and cottage was well marked and beyond stunning!

We spent ten wonderful nights in Stan's Cottage. The scenery and serenity was absolutely beautiful overlooking the vineyards and bay. Chico was such a wonderful host with fresh baked bread, fruit, milk, granola, and wine awaiting us in our room when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The outside barbeque was a bonus. The location was excellent in that we were close to Motueka and Mapua for grocery shopping, gas, restaurants etc. only a short drive to Abel Tasman National Park to enjoy the beaches and hiking trails. We will definitely book with Chico again when we return to Tasman in the future.

We stayed for three nights at Stan’s Cottage. The house itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming. Thank you Chica for the thoughtful touch of the wine, delicious homemade bread, and jam that added to the charm of our stay. We spent our evenings sitting on the deck, enjoying these delightful treats while admiring the breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards and the inlet from the sea. The serene atmosphere and the beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding and enjoying quality time together. Stan's cottage has definitely become a special place in our hearts.

The Old Schoolhouse was a beautiful spot and every detail was impeccable. The hosts welcome goodies were a nice surprise and throughly enjoyed.

The cottage is in the middle of a vineyard. It is a beautiful quiet tranquil place with great views. There are plenty of places to see either driving or walking. The nearby town has all the facilities needed.. The owner provided a simple breakfast as we were late arriving and couldn't shop on the way. Highly recommended we will visit again

The host provided homemade jams and honey and a loaf of freshly baked bread. Delicious. Muesli,Wheatflakes milk yogurt and fruit were in the frig. The espresso machine and pods were the final touch. Outstanding provisions.

Nothing really. The BBQ grill was fine and well cleaned.

Great communication from the owner. Very friendly & welcoming. Went the extra mile to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Genuinely caring with homemade touches that made us feel special.
