L’emplacement est parfait! La propriétaire très gentille et attentionnée. L’appartement est propre, jolie, spacieux, avec toutes les équipements à dispo. Une terrasse et une vue exceptionnelle. Place de parc privé. Mes deux chiens étaient accueillis comme des rois.. Mes enfants ont adoré. Quoi demander de plus!

Malheureusement j’ai eu une Pte interaction avec une voisine de l’immeuble d’à côté. Grand jardin, espace, parc en commun avec un portail. Et on est obligé de passer par la pour sortir à l’extérieur, dans la rue. Je passe avec mes chiens, et Madame me parle en Italien /anglais pour que dire que c’est privé, pas de promenade de chien, pas faire les besoins la, ramasser .. chose que je je faisais déjà. Bref. Je me suis traité de stupide pour rien. 😅 J’ai beau l’expliquer que je passe pour sortir seulement et que je ramasse déjà si quelque chose de fais avec mon peu d’italien et d’anglais. Dommage. Mais elle avait mal dormi. Ça se voyait sur elle 😂

Great communication with Grace both before and during our stay, she met us at the apartment to ensure we got in ok. The apartment is in a fantastic, quiet location but is easily walkable to the town centre/restaurants/supermarkets/train station along the pram friendly coast path, secure off street parking, outdoor space is particularly impressive including sea views and views toward the harbour. Very spacious inside with lots of storage space.

Grace, the hostess was Super nice and helped us with a lot of things.

Hosts were incredibly helpful, provided transportation to and from the apartment. Great communication from Grace, couldn't ask for anything more

The welcome was amazing. Friendly and informative. Grace was in touch prior to our arrival and Marco met us at the train station and brought us to the apartment. He provided the perfect introduction to Italy, Rapallo and the apartment. He and Grace spent time chatting to us and welcoming us. Grace was at the apartment to greet us and the keys were handed over then. All throughout the stay communication was excellent, they checked to see if things were ok throughout our stay. They helped with things such as organising a taxi to a restaurant outside of the centre. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The apartment was fabulous. The facilities were home from home, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. The apartment was an interesting very old building which added to charm and character of the apartment. The most amazing part of this place is the view and outside space on the rooftop. It’s hard to capture on pictures but it is absolutely beautiful. You can see the neighbouring towns and Rapallo and the harbour clearly. Panoramic views. Plenty of space to eat at the table or sunbathe on the loungers. Loved that it was just a short stroll into the centre with a coastal path if you want to avoid the main road. Rapallo town itself is beautiful and relaxed. Lots of choice of good restaurants. It’s a perfect base for exploring other surrounding areas too. Excellent train and ferry services.

Excellent location, amazing view, everything necessary for pleasant stay, well equipped kitchen and whole appartment, lift! Close to the beach

Not your typical apartment - very quirky and fun! Very spacious, and the beds (including the sofabed) were all comfortable. Having separate aircon in the main room and both bedrooms was great, and absolutely needed in the high temperatures. You are paying a little more for this apartment, and it is all down to the view, which is amazing. From the terrace we had panoramic views of the port and Rapallo and, past the superyachts in the bay, the coastline of the Portofino area. Rapallo itself was lovely, easily reachable by foot via the car-free path that is just outside the entrance to the house, and winds its way along the little bays to the main part of town. Takes about 15 minutes each way, and I have to say that both food and drinks in the seafront restaurants were really good value, much cheaper than you would expect to pay in the UK. Having free parking at the apartment was a bonus.
