"fabulous place, very quiet and secure"

a special place. the apartment is wonderful - a penthouse with great views and a lift! the management were great and very kind.

it needs chopping boards in the kitchen and maybe a few more plates and bowls.

Great rooftop appartment with an amazing sea view. Spacious appartment, well equiped and very comfortable (particularly true for the beds). Very well located, downtown accessible by feet. Thanks a lot to Marco, friendly and very attentive. I recommand.

"Beautiful views in nostalgic villa with friendly owner but little bit overrated in price/quality."

The app. is amazing in the eldest villa of Rapallo. Due to the special atmosphere we learnt that Friedrich Nietsche wrote his book "also sprach Zarathustra" in this amazing villa. We also loved the nostalgic atmosphere in Rapallo. At any moment, an acquaintance from the 50s could walk by. The appt. is nice but a little bit overrated in price/quality. The beds were very good. The owner is professional friendly. The views were amazing!

Marco was kind enough to leave us a bottle of white wine as a welcome gift. The view was absolutely amazing! The surrounding neighborhood was quiet at night so you could sleep well. We had an ant issue the first morning but Marco and his team fixed the problem promptly that day. No ant to be seen afterward. We appreciate his hospitality and the uniqueness of the building. Make sure you walk around the building and experience the historical grounds.

My only issue with the building was the size of the elevator but that's only because I am claustrophobic.
