Very good property comfortable and clean If I had to make a comment re improvement it would be to have curtains as well as blinds in the bedrooms

Clean, comfortable with all amenities required nearby. Good location just 10 min walk from the town, and 10 mins from the beach. 3 good sized bedrooms,

No dedicated parking, but that said, on-street parking was readily available.

Location for Whitby

We paid for an early check in and had to chase to get the passcode for the keys to get in for slightly later than we’d hoped

Property was filthy, heating didn't work on first night as batteries were dead in the thermostat. Tried to complain and get partial refund so could leave early and struggled to get any help. House on residential street and construction was going on at the end of the street.

Location, car parking and spacious.

Yard needs weeding, TV was very small, no curtains and lack of side tables in front room.

Great location, clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.

The patio area is a small fenced in yard with no seating and a lot of weeds which didn’t look nice.

The property is nice and modern inside and everything was clean and comfortable. On street parking was always easy to find during peak summer. It is on a small Housing estate. The property itself is in pedestrian area so their is a very short walk up some steps to the property.

The only thing that let it down was a lack of information on how everything works or even a welcome pack. Even which bin to use for what etc would of been handy. The only other thing I would suggest is maybe a few cleaning supplies like dettol spray or even loo cleaner. No one wants to have to buy that stuff while on holiday. Even a few bits like cooking oil and maybe an extra baking tray would of been handy too. Everything else was perfect.

3 bedrooms… location was good only 10 minutes walk to the town

No welcome pack - would have been a nice touch for what we paid. Only 6 teabags - no milk. 3 dishwasher tablets. No kitchen roll or hand towel in kitchen. Only 1 bath towel (not very big) & 1 hand towel per bedroom (double or single) no spare towels available. Outside garden/yard very unkept. It sleeps 6 adults & no extra toilet only family bathroom with a shower (no bath).
