"A lovely find only a 10 minute walk from the station. Really well kept and clean. We will certainly stay again ."

The property was very clean and deceptively spacious. The beds were comfortable and had new mattress covers etc on. Easy parking just outside on the road. Liked that towels, t towel were provided. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar on arrival was welcome but no milk which would have been appreciated.

A high chair would have been very welcome and made things a lot easier when feeding a baby. Also the back yard really needed attention. It was a real sun trap but was a mess

"Great place to stay while in Whitby"

The first impression when you enter is that the house is very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the essentials are covered plus a few extras. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space in the house. The location is very good as it is only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the harbour and the abbey. The owner/manager was very open and communicative and provided assistance where needed and I liked the idea of the keysafe and self checkin allowing us some flexibility on arrival time. We were all very happy with the accomodation as a whole.

The pressure in the shower was somewhat lacking which is a shame as otherwise the bathroom and shower were very nice.
