Wonderful little cottage dog friendly great walks so good we stayed extra nights

Could have had a small gate on patio

Perfect size for 2 people, gets hot and comfortable fast, Beautiful cottage, stunning in every way more than was expected,

The mattress was rock hard, me and my pregnant wife struggled to sleep for 2 nights, in the other cottages, the beds were so soft and lovely, I was shocked when we found this. Also we struggled to find the Jasmine cottage, we went to every cottage individually to check the names. Thanks to the staff on the phone number given. She really helped us find it.

quiet location, modern, clean and good value for money

only minor issue was the lack of additional bed pillows to make sleeping comfortable

The property itself is superb and located in a u shaped courtyard with cottages to the side and opposite which to a degree shielded us from the noise from heavy plant excavating a a large embankment for a new build. on the separate Gardeners cottage which is only a matter of 5 metres from the excavations.

There is little not to like about this property. However the activity and noise from the excavation, as mentioned by the occupants of Gardeners cottage and the others on the cottages directly facing it were commented on as being intolerable and unacceptable. Had I been in that property I would have had the same views. The hosts and the agencies marketing the property should in my view make people aware that 'construction works may be in progress in close proximity at this (Gardners Cottage) and adjacent cottages. As I believe this development will continue for some time and it is impossible to have a quiet relaxing time in the cottage and garden.
