Excellent location everything in walking distance.

No parking at the property. There should have been a scratch card parking permit left at the property but there was not.

Beautiful cottage everything you need and more

Cosy cottage, clean and had everything we needed

The sofa chairs were really hard and uncomfortable. The cottage would ve better with a small corner sofa

Yhere was nothing to complain about except stairs were a challenge for my daughter who has a bit of a problem navigating stairs at the best of times but she managed them and didnt damper our stay

Good location. Modern, clean decor

The stairs. Polished wood , very steep & windy. Handrail only on part of the staircase. Instructions on how to have extra heating as it was very cold. Managed to use extra heating once but very fiddly. Bathroom very cold. There was a heated towel rail but it didn’t come on at all

Clean and traditional cottage with comfortable beds set close to the heart of Whitby.

Quite difficult to find and glad it wasn’t dark. Maybe an earlier check in without demanding an extra £30 would be a nice customer focused suggestion. The cottage was cold on arrival which was at the end of January. The heating was difficult to operate and took time to respond. Floorboards made it a bit noisy underfoot. Would have appreciated a rug in the seating area. Downstairs cupboard has a stale, damp mop which was quite smelly caused a bit of a smell for the rest of the area.

The accommodation was a sweet little place .
