Steep staircase which was an issue Very loud noisy seagulls which is expected but couldn’t sleep as noise went in all night

Nothing absolute disgrace

Everything we drove for 3 hours on the 2nd to get there and couldn't access the property had to turn around and drive 3 hours home

The location

Another company (host and stay) demanding more money on top of the booking fee before releasing the key code for access to the property

Comfortable cottage in central Whitby, close to all that Whitby has to offer

Parking near cottage is tricky but we managed to pull up nearby to drop off luggage and pick up parking permit. Finding the correct zone was a bit of a hassle (helped by cottage info) but once we were parked we could leave car and walk everywhere.

Difficult to find as not actually on a road but down a passageway. Parking difficult which makes unloading tricky, especially for those with limited mobility. Also needs more handrails on steep narrow stairs. Not a great deal of room in living area Fridge tiny

Great location and price. Cottage was nice throughout didn't have a problem with anything. clean. Perfect for what we needed.

Only downsides was the parking as we couldn't use the permit as we couldn't find a space so we paid for a carpark. Plus the stairs were abit challenging but they can't be helped would still give 5 stars.
