Great accommodation in great condition and clean. Good location. Digital guide was very helpful both in the property and local area.

The damage deposit process.

Hassle getting keys. As there was an additional deposit. Location was a bit small.

Could do with bolt Locks on main door, that would make it feel safer Better directions to the property we found it very difficult to locate ie name of the pub opposite and the name of the estate agent next to the alleyway would help

The location was excellent, good communication for details, very quaint cottage

Did not like having to pay a deposit, should have trust that not all people would do nothing else but to respect a property.

The property had everything we needed. Very neat and clean.
