very comfortable, allowed our 4 small chihuahua’s, had everything we needed and in a lovely location.

didn’t know which bin to use as our number wasn’t on there.

Quirky location, large sitting room.

Only one bathroom, the stairs from the entry door were steep. There were no complimentary basic food products. ie milk., Tes bags coffee.There is nowhere nearby to buy groceries especially on a Sunday evening. The TV didn't receive terrestrial channels and it was complicated to operate with two remotes.

Very clean lovely apartment well situated for our needs. Competitive price considering its Whitby.

Back door is unsafe. Needed a deep clean. Kitchen did not have basic items like oven gloves and chopping board. No window coverings to the back of the property therefore no privacy

Filthy. Dirty windows. No curtains on any windows, just white office blinds letting too much light in so couldn’t sleep. Plaster on walls. Wallpaper scuffed all over. Dirty window sills. Cobwebs. Rusty radiator. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Needs fully decorating. No maintenance on property. Owner taking profits with no investment in the property. Owner rude when asked for reimbursement.

Comfortable spacious rooms. Comfy beds. The location was great

The 3 days we were there were hot and sunny and both of the living room windows didn't open, making it a bit stuffy. Could do with a few more drinking glasses. One mug had a crack down the length and there were some cobwebs on one of the pictures in the living room. Some plastered areas on the walls could have been painted over and the towel rail in the bathroom had rust on the lower half. It was a great few days stay but a few DIY jobs would have made it perfect.

Location, single beds, comfortable mattresses, double bed, not comfortable bedding clean, etc Pet friendly with no extra charge.

Bit run down inside, haven't been to an apartment that did not have basic essentials such as oven gloves to be able to make use of the oven safely, etc. Dinner plates the size of a side plate. Living room windows wouldn't open, so the rooms were very warm and stuffy tv was old or faulty when you changed chanel the previous one still showed like a ghost chanel. Just before arriving you either have to give a 250 refundable damage waiver or pay 25 non refundable

Excellent location and beautiful cottage. Couldn't ask for more
