Cheerful 4-bedroom home with fireplace, 1,5km from Flåm center

Casa amplia y espaciosa con 4 habitaciones, dos baños, un aseo y sala de estar-comedor con cocina abierta. Con lavadora y secadora y parking exterior para el coche. Situada a 1,5 km del tren de Flam y de los restaurantes.

Deben renovar las sábanas de las camas, son muy viejas y las bajeras están tan gastadas que raspan al contacto. La habitación de matrimonio tenía parte del papel de la pared roto. Es una lástima que no cuiden los detalles con el precio que pagas.

We needed to get our computers and tablets powered up and on-line. The Wifi worked, but the power outlets in the living room were dead on arrival. It took us 30 minutes to figure out how to get the power to the outlets turned on. When you have out of country guests and don't know local customs, such issues can be a real headache.

We loved the lay out of the house, the location, and overall cleanliness. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very responsive. The hosts provided more than what we expected. Small things made a huge difference (salt/pepper provided, coffee/tea provided, laundry detergent provided, shampoo/conditioner provided etc.). It truly made our stay more comfortable and easy. The location was breathtaking. You sit on the porch and have a view of beautiful mountains and a waterfall. It was very quiet and relaxing. The home was very spacious. We were 8 people and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable. We walked to Flam a few times which was only a 20 min walk. We truly did not want to leave. I recommend this beautiful home to anyone. I can't say enough good things.

Because we didn't have a car, we were forced to shop at the grocery store in Flam. Warning, it's very very expensive. The grocery store in Aurland was too far for us to walk to. I'm told it's far more cost effective.

Beautiful property, gorgeous location.

Nice large house which is close to the flam railway station but in a peaceful area. Large kitchen with walk in fridge, good cooking facilities. Host very friendly and helpful

Quite pricey but that is to be expected in this area. Garden could use some attention. This house has a separate flat attached which is rented out, we had no idea and did feel alarmed when other people turned up in the driveway. A car would be beneficial if staying here unless you only intend to visit the railway area which is a distance from the rest of flam

Very close to the train station, quiet and in a pleasant area. Great views and hiking.

Very sterile, not warm and welcoming. Having the only showers downstairs was inconvenient.
