Cosy 1-bedroom cottage next to Combe Lodge Venue

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location for the wedding we attended in Coombe manor

We only had two gripes. Firstly we were booked in for four people but there were only two cups supplied so we had a rota for two days of tea drinking 🤔🙄. The second issue was the emails. I appreciate good communication and at first it was excellent BUT we checked in on the 26th, checked out on the 28th and from the 23rd to the 28th I received 10 emails and one text with 90% arriving during my stay with information that could have been said in 2 maybe 3 emails and almost all contained a threat of a fine if we did this or that. What began as good communication became badgering and a downright nuisance and if I must say insulting with the amount of threats of fines.

Great location and cottage has everything needed

To find the sheets and towels from the previous occupants still on the bed and dirty. I eventually got clean sheets and towels in a sack and had to change the sheets and towelsmyself. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The agency gave me £47 rebate which I thought was not acceptable

Lovely and spacious, with own garden, a TARDIS. Nice kitchen, great sofabed (for me). Separate sitting room, kitchen and bedroom. Great little conversion. Great location, once you had helped us find it.

As mentioned in my feedback, the bathroom hadn't really been replenished though it was clean, there were only 2 full sized towels, where the bedding was kept was rather crummy and I thought for the price that the bedding should have been made up for us.

Very close to Coombe Lodge wedding venue - just beside the estate & about a 3 minute walk from the venue door. Beautiful area, clean & tidy good quality accommodation

A liitle difficult to find from the wedding venue without local help. The house name was not published until the access was given.

It was very close walking distance to combe Lodge venue where I was attending a wedding so very convenient for me.

very clean, cosy, quiet location and lots of useful instructions by the members. lovely environment!
