Would have been a nice property if it was as described

Not as described three small doubles, one was not king size as advertised. Coffee machine doesn’t work, tiny bottle of body wash supplied which was not enough for the entire group to share. Water was cold, plates and dishes not matching and all chipped and broken, no wine glasses provided. No shops nearby to buy essentials.

Nicely furnished 3 bed duplex very convenient to the city centre. En-suite, separate bathroom and additional toilet downstairs. Pleasant outdoor space.

Needs a bit of touching up in places, marks on walls, tv missing from main bedroom wall, lamps broken or without bulb, not enough glasses and mugs need replacing as the ones that were provided were chipped and stained. There was a lovely patio area but we didn’t use this as we were made aware that some pointing had been done to the paving slabs on the day we arrived. There was also a no smoking rule outside which although wasn’t a major issue, we may have chosen another place to stay had we known this beforehand.

- Little lacking in glasses, no wine or small juice glasses - not 100% clean, few cobwebs in places, marks and smears on glass - Flickering light in downstairs toilet

It was very conveniently located and comfortable.

The house was good and comfortable.

The directions to the carpark were misleading for the direction we arrived, so a bad start. There was insufficient crockery and glasses, with no wine glasses at all. 2 of the bowels were chipped. There was no hair dryer.

Location was excellent

The fact that it was a no smoking house and garden, however, not that I smoke but when we arrived I found 42 cigarette butt's in the garden and I was informed I would be charged an obscene amount if we disobeyed this rule. Surely if you make a rule you should at least clean the outside area of the previous guests disgusting cigarette butt's.
