Deluxe Townhouse Next to Cabot Circus

Great central location, really comfy beds, clean and great bathrooms/showers

Very noisy at night, shouting and arguing from street. Noisy boiler and downstairs toilet made loud electrical noise. Broken coffee table and sparsely equipped kitchen.

The kitchen were complete with utensils and the overall condition of the house was super clean.

the amenities were not up to standard. there was not enough cutlery or glasses for our group. Plates & bowls were mix match and not enough of those either. the pans do not work on the induction hob. chairs had hair all over them & dishwasher cover broken.

The house is nicely decorated. The style is home from home with a touch of glam which we loved. The living area is spacious and comfortable which is great for socialising. The area is great for shopping and dining as it’s a 5 minute walk from cabot circus. 10 minutes further walk and you are in the center with even more bars, restaurants and nightlife. Access to the house is very easy and convenient.

The house is in need of maintenance, basic things such as not having light in one bedroom (I assume the bulb had blown) and stains on the walls and carpet, are easy fixes that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. There were also repairs needed such as the dishwasher door cover which was missing and wobbly draws. I don’t feel that they are justified charging the prices they do whilst these remain outstanding. There is also only dining space for 4 which is disappointing if you booked for 6.
