Very hospitable host, a fresh and fantastic breakfast was prepared and delivered to our door at a time we chose, the homemade crepes especially good.

Beautiful self contained apartment at the top of the hill in Caminha. The owner is responsive, friendly, provided the most delicious breakfast we have had in Portugal, and offered to drive us up and down the hill.

Beautiful little house in a quiet location, very nice owners who even prepared delicious dinner.

Unfortunately the house was very cold (I was there in March), there was wood burning stove but it didn't help much.

I loved everything about this stay, so much so that I extended my stay and then came back for two more days after exploring another area for a day. Marília is a wonderful host, and she delivers a beautiful breakfast basket every morning, filled with coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and home baked goodies. The space was perfect for me, with a comfortable, firm bed, fabulous shower, super fast WiFi, a day bed that doubles as a couch, and a big table for writing/working. I didn't use the kitchen much, because there were excellent vegetarian options in Caminha (Cantina do Bem and Jeni's Diner). I will definitely be back! Thank you Marília! There a few things you can't tell from the photos: - The ceiling on the ground floor is relatively low. Tall people will have to watch the clearance. - Access to the spacious upstairs bedroom is by ladder rather than by stairs. I found it easy to navigate, but it could be difficult if you have mobility challenges. - The apartment is accessed by two sets of uneven stone steps. Again, it could be challenging if you're not fully mobile.

All good for me.

Beautiful room, very good breakfast, attentive service! Yes it is a bit up the way but the owner offered to collect me by car, so this shouldn’t be a problem for those who need it (I did not).

The hosts were accommodating and provided food for the evening, as it was to far out of town to return and the uphill walk.

It is a lovely little place but quite a f Distance if you are walking the camino. The bedroom is up the very difficult stepladder type steps with the bathroom downstairs. Maybe the hosts should indicate this.
