Casa da Portela

Everything! Beautiful property, got picked up and warmly greeted by the owner in Caminha. Also dropped us off after a marvellous breakfast to the boat for our crossing to Spain. We would have loved to stay longer

Very clean, amazing breakfast, wonderful apartment (on two levels, including kitchen), owner offered to pick us up from the village and drop us off to the ferry.

Nothing to dislike

The landlord was very kind and helpful. She even picked us up at the station, because the house is a little bit outside of the city.

Lovely little apartment with sofa area and kitchenette downstairs with roomy bedroom on mezzanine - up ladder type stairs. Very good shower. Bed comfy. Good bedding. Simple basic breakfast. It is up a long steep hill so you might need to ask the owner to pick you up from the town - we walked with backpacks and it was arduous. Owner very willing to run you up and down hill with no wait.

It was cold when we were there and no means of heating (empty wood burner) so we were cold. It would have been nice to have a couple of teabags or other drink.

Cozy little house in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly owners, who even offered us a ride to the city center.

Amazing hosts and great breakfast. They offered to pick us up from town as the property is slightly away from the town - but not far.

Very cosy little farmhouse, nice backyard, very friendly hosts, super breakfast.

The bedroom loft was so hot and even with the open windows, the air was not moving at all, it was impossible to sleep at night. May be a fan or a ventilator or even an AC would help.
