The bathroom is really nice

The main door lock is a bit difficult to use. There is no lift so think twice about bringing heavy luggages.

Appartamento TOP. Entri e ti senti a casa. READY TO LIVE!!!!! Locali arredati con gusto e con tutti i comfort. Aria condizionata, camere spaziose e comode. Ottima comunicazione con Gerardo che ci ha seguito e consigliato Ristoranti e cosa da vedere. Non centralissimo ma in 5 minuti sei nei sassi e al Centro. Cosa fondamentale il parcheggio dietro il Condominio. Ottima esperienza che mi sento di consigliare. Un vero professionista. Grazie Gerardo.

"Toplage zu einem moderaten Preis."

Ausstattung der Wohnung hochwertig. Holzböden, hochwertige Fliesen, Rolläden und Fenstergitter überall. Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Die Lage ist top. In 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß mitten in der Altstadt. Die Sassis sind von der Küche aus zu sehen. Wegen des Parkplatzes möchte ich mich nicht beschweren. Wer sich für eine Wohnung mitten in der Stadt entscheidet, weiß, dass dort die Parkplätze begehrt sind. Wir hatten Glück und konnten immer direkt hinter dem Haus parken und aus dem Küchenfenster zum Parkplatz runtersehen.
