We really enjoyed our stay – the apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The amenities were great, and everything we needed was available. One big plus was the free parking behind the building. It was very convenient, although sometimes full – but overall still a great bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

What could be improved: There was no detergent for the washing machine, and some basic kitchen essentials like salt were missing – but apart from that, everything was great.

Beautiful apartment in a nice location.

The apartment was a short walk from the start of the main, tourist-interesting, part of Matera where there were great bars and restaurants - so the location was ideal. We could park our hire-car for free either behind the apartment block, or on the road outside. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, and quite spacious and nicely decorated. We would defintely choose it again if we were returning to Matera.

Nothing negative to report, other than I suppose the three flights of stairs with no lift might be an issue for some visitors.

The apartment, despite being on the second floor without an elevator, turned out to be a very pleasant place, with good living conditions and minimalist, very functional decor. It was perfectly clean, inspiring us with hygienic security. We were pleasantly surprised with important information from the person in charge, Gerardo, via WhatsApp. The location is excellent, close to all areas to visit. We entirely recommend it. Everything about this place is excellent. It was clean, all facilities as listed and great price. Location was great. Gerard was an excellent host.

Superb location, quiet but like 15 mins walk to the old town, very clean apartment, it has everything you need. There's a space for working, very spacious
