Ideally situated and well equipped appartment close (max. 10 min by foot) to the historical downtown. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay longer due to our flight back home but definitely a very good place to stay for those keen to explore Matera. We as a family of four enjoyed the stay and the owner was very helpful if needed. I recommend it and would stay there during a future trip to Basilicata.

We really liked the location. It was very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom and super kitchen with a great view.

The main bedroom faces the road so it is slightly noisy. This wasn’t a problem as we kept the windows closed.

Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Easy parking. Quiet area. Close to the center and nice restaurants, grocery store. Great view from the kitchen window.

I liked everything. It was a wonderful stay. He checked.in on me multiple times to make sure that I didn't need anything and that I was fine... very helpful

The only thing I had an issue with was it would have been nice if there was dish soap., some cleaning supplies....Silly things like that but other than that it was a fantastic place. Huge!

The apartment was clean, very good location, 10 mins to the old part of the town, very close to the supermarket. The area was quiet

The aircondition system did not work properly. There was no air conditioners in the rooms, just small air outlets connected with the central system. It was not enough to cool all the flat. The average temperature in the flat was 27/27,5 C. It should be mentioned in the offer there is no air condition in all the rooms
