The location is great and design of the place is beautiful. Together with the view, you get a nice experience of the Matera atmosphere. The place is generally clean.

Coffee pots should be replaced. I believe the idea of guests washing the dishes is generally not good. This leaves water in the pots which does not do good to the metal.

Everything :) The place and the view are really nice. Paola sent us all needed informations so it was easier to get there, park the car etc…

Nothing bad to say as everything was perfect.

Nice and clean little apartment, perfect location just within the Sassi and near restaurants. We didn’t meet the owner in person but he was very helpful via WhatsApp.

Lovely spot right in the Sassi area of Matera, close to everything - an easy walk to all Matera has to offer!

Parking is not as easy as it could be if you arrived by car as we did, though the host was very helpful finding us a no-charge parking spot not too far away. Very much appreciated. Could have a few more amenities like a coffee machine but otherwise a nicely appointed property.

The B&B is located in the Sassi (but also near the train station), which makes it perfect for exploring these neighbourhoods. There is a fridge, a stove, a sink, etc., and everything you need to make breakfast is provided (cups, pots, tea bags, coffee). Air conditioning is a big plus, as it is really necessary for southern Italy in the summer. Free Wi-Fi is great as well.

An electric iron would have been nice, but aside from that the hosts have thought of everything.

Host is very friendly and really helped us . Host is approachable and helpful. I really had a nice stay at their place.
