Fantastic view , super central location! The gargle he parking is very closed! Host is very kind . Terrace is fantastic,but be ready that in the city could be very windy to seat down there. Apartment is very modern , brand new one, small but enough space .

The noise from big umbrella installed on the terrace inside the roof , coz the strong wind during the night it made a noise , but in general it was very silent and good place to sleep .

There was no breakfast with the property. But there was free coffee to make with a machine, but there was no milk or creamer so give that a small smiley. The location is perfect. The property is great BUT it is not for everyone as you need to be skinny/petite/in pretty good shape to get in and out of the front door and up to the gorgeous rooftop deck.(the 3 of us happen to be in good shape so no issue th ere save that it was a tight fit even for us 😂.) The view of Matera is 10/10 from the roof. The unit itself is VERY tastefully designed and appointed. Every inch has been thought through carefully - no wasted space.

Pillows could have been softer.

Collection of keys very easy and host allowed us kindly to enter earlier than we had booked. Great facilities and superb terrace with amazing day and night views of the Sassi - worth every penny just for that.

WIFI didn't work for the entire time we were there. Not a huge problem as we bought Italian sims but might be worth checking if fixed
