Great apartment in old town, easy free parking nearby, immaculate, easy check-in, close to everything, groceries a few minutes away, great shower, comfortable beds quiet. The best part was the fabulous view from the rooftop terrace and the bathroom window. Host always available on What’s App.

The location is perfect. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Great bathroom. The highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace. Incredible views over Matera and an added bonus of flocks of Kestrels circling overhead for the bird enthusiast in me. The kitchenette is tiny (and you can clearly see this in the photos) but we managed just fine to cook some meals. My only suggestion would be to amend the instructions regarding parking nearby to the apartment from; 'it is not possible to arrive by car in front of house' and amend to 'it is not permitted to drive to the apartment by car as it is a restricted area'. (it is very possible but due to restricted access you will get a EUR70 fine for going down that road past the parking garage).

Everything was perfect …from the view to the bedsheets. The location is amazing, less than a minute from the old town, super close to all the terraces. You can go for a walk in the evening and be back home in no time. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed…even extra towels for the bath tub on the terrace. The rooftop sunset view is stunning. Quiet, cozy, and beautifully arranged. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed….we’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!!!!

Everything was perfect: the best location, wonderful apartment and amazing rooftop terrace with a tub. The view from the terrace is one of the bests in town. The owner welcomed us warmly and suggested places to visit and eat out. There is a paid parking lot just a few steps away, perfect for unpacking. And there is a free parking in a nearby street which the owner suggested and which was very suitable for us. Overall an amazing stay.
