I Balconi sul Barocco

Great location and a very helpful host.

Very spacious - much larger than the pictures represent. Guiseppe did a great job orienting us on the stove, washing machine, garage, everything we needed to know for our stay. We did cook while there and the induction stove was awesome. Guiseppe also checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The linens were clean and comfortable. Great location for walking around the Modica Bassa area.

This is a large apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, a terrasse and small balconies looking towards the street. Very quiet, no noise from the street due to double glazing. The furniture is classic, a bit old fashioned but charming. No breakfast but the cafe downstairs has all you want.

All was well, no complaints :-)

Location is perfect - ideal place to visit Modica. Ideal flat to much more feel Modica's atmosphere :-)

Lot of space available. Perfectly located. Lot of bar and restaurants.

Place for 11 people but 3 per room… not so practical for couples

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and I confirmed with the host, that there are 3 rooms available, since we are 3 adult single males and we all wanted our own room. We were then told to pay 85 euros extra, for another room? We had to pay the money, in order to get the keys. This was too late for us to choose another apartment. Beware of extra cash costs charged by the host.

Perfect location and very accommodating hosts.

Excellent location! Plenty of space for a large family. Very clean.

Beds and pillows seemed old, could use updating. Another couch for relaxing in the living room would be great.
