Stayed here for 10 days with my family and it was ideal for us plenty of space great location and Daniel was a fantastic host .

I had absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Location to boston was convenient

Upon arrival ,outside and inside of house was not cared for or ready for our arrival. Exposed holes in ceilings of kitchen where there is a leak from upstairs bathroom, unregulated scalding hot water, dangerous heavy glass top table, ceiling fan in master not working, house temperature was almost 100 degrees upon arrival, no air conditioners on for our arrival, it took a whole 24 hrs to cool house after we arrived. Personal medications and personal items thruout the house accessible by anyone, broken kitchen cabinets, upstairs power kept tripping off , mattresses on all beds should be put in trash. This home was not accurately depicted on site AT ALL!!

Daniel was an amazing host! He was so helpful, kind, and incredibly helpful. He gave us recommendations for our trip and shared some fresh baked bread with us (YUM!).

The house was nice and clean. We had everything we needed to make some simple meals. Daniel was very helpful and willing to answer questions we had.

Quiet neighborhood except for some traffic noise, particularly during rush hour in mornings. Host was most accommodating. Location is best suited for those who wish to travel outside Boston area to Cape Cod, central and eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut. Not far from public transport, bus and rail and I recommend public transit rather than fighting Boston’s traffic. Good internet access, clean facilities and adequate necessities.

Bedrooms and bath are all upstairs. The property is not ideal for those needing handicapped access or who otherwise are elderly and unsteady.

Great location, home like feeling. Excellent property owner Daniel and was always available to help.

Whilst it does the job, there are plenty of easy ways to improve cleanliness and better bedding arrangements. The first parking is always occupied by the live-in landlord, so, it is a bit tight squeezing through for the car.

The property was very spacious.

The parking at the back of the house is a bit tricky, but there is ample parking on the street beside the house.

Daniel was very nice and accommodating

Beautiful home, spacious with lovely bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, den. Daniel, the owner, was readily available to handle any issues that came up. It was in a pleasant suburban neighborhood and convenient to Boston. We would be happy to stay there again.
