"beware of extra costs"

It was the first time I had to pay extra for cleaning and for taxes and more taxes and linen and towels and so we ended up in paying double the price. Yes, it was mentioned somewhere and if i would have read every single thing in the text, i could have seen it before. BUT i was not expecting this kind of thing at booking com. this was my first experience. sad story.

The space. I appreciated we were able to leave our bags in the stairwell of the property on the day of our departure.

It just felt so mean to have such an enormous cleaning fee (€70) and an eco tax of €20 even when we had to dispose of our own rubbish at the refuse centre half a kilometre away. In the policy information, it was written that a cleaning fee of 'up to' €70 could be applied. I called to question this as we were only there for one night. When I questioned the extortionate cleaning fee I was told I could get €20 back via Revolut *if* I left a good review. I really felt pressure to leave a good review. The location was ok. It was up a hill. I've stayed in better places right in the centre

Struttura gestita veramente bene. Abbastanza spaziosa. Non manca nulla. L’host ci ha anche omaggiato un drink di benvenuto.🤗 e ci ha regalato il transfert. Magnifico

Enel anuncio de Booking el precio era de 140 euros. Muuuuy abajo en condiciones especiales, si lo abres resulta que después de reservar, te piden una transferencia de otros 100 euros por limpiar la casa, por la basura y por el impuesto. Si no la haces no te dan las claves para entrar. Pero además resulta que si quieres sábanas y toallas, hay que pagar otros 15 euros por persona. Es una estafa, y Booking no debería permitir anuncios-estafa
