Nice location, comfy beds, nice little garden.

Unsightly grouting in the bathroom, but wasn’t too bad. Hopefully the owners will smarten it up a bit.

Great location for what we needed and it was nice and quiet

Fantastisch huisje op een prachtige plek: aan de rand van Chester, met parkeerplaats. Heel makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto, te voet of met de fiets. De accomodatie was brandschoon, het terras zag er wat slonzig uit. Prima voor 2 personen, met 4 wordt het krap. Ruime badkamer met voldoende warm water goed ingerichte keuken 's nachts was het er stil zonder onveilig aan te voelen

De bedden waren groot genoeg maar 1 van de matrassen was doorgelegen, er zat een kuil in het midden. Op de dag van de paardenrennen zijn alle restaurants volzet.

Everything - full of character and very comfortable. Had booked it because many of my family had lived in that street since 1830 - cannot imagine what it would have been like for 8-10 people! Super handy to get into the city centre - great to have free parking

Please provide oil and salt and pepper!

Cottage cool in the hot weather. Pillows and bed very comfortable. Kitchen was small but very well equipped. Handy having your own parking space so near to Chester City Centre.

Didn't stop long enough.

The location of this property was wonderful -- we could walk through a park, across a bridge, and most of the places we wanted to see were right there. There were grocery options not far either! Parking was on site and good, with the property having its own parking space right next to the house, which is on a narrow cobblestone street. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was decently equipped with cooking items, knives, etc. The washing machine was nice, but we did have a long drying time on the drying racks for some reason. The television in the living room was having some type of difficulty (maybe remote control battery issues?). There was a nice notebook with information including some history about the house along with local information. This was a great location for a base as well since there were so many places to see, either within walking or driving distance.

The stairs leading to the second floor were very narrow with rickety and wobbly steps -- maybe the wood beneath the carpet needs to be replaced because they were not stable. They were narrow and steep as well, so older guests or individuals with back problems may have trouble with the stairs.
