Central 5 Bedroom Townhouse perfectly located 2 mins walk from the Train Station

The Location was excellent. The Kitchen was fabulous and was very well equipped and clean. We spent all our time in there! The Bedrooms were very comfortable and all had en suite bathrooms which is why we choose this property and why we would stay there again.

The hall carpet was threadbare on the risers and gives a very bad first impression. The Kitchen ceiling requires painting as there has obviously been a leak from the shower above. The lounge is quite shabby and has insufficient chairs in for the amount of people the property can accommodate. There was only 5 of us staying there but we didn’t use the lounge at all. The 3rd floor bedroom had empty sweet papers and a child’s handbag in one of the drawers and had not been cleaned properly. I could not use the wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom as there were a number of duvets which had been stuffed in the bottom of it and took up half the space . These are all minor “niggles” which could be easily and cheaply rectified.

The 2 rooms downstairs stairs are always colder than upstairs.

The On suites. It was very clean & well equipped.

The issue with parking.. it’s all permits.

Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till centrala Chester, matbutik och tågstationen. Toppen med ett badrum i varje rum. Fint hus!

Kunde ha funnits lite mer/bättre utrustning i köket. Bland annat var det väldigt slöa knivar och visp saknades. Pedalen och locket på papperskorgen i köket var trasigt vilket var ett irriterande moment, en lätt sak för värden att byta ut.

Fantastic central location! Having an ensuite for each bedroom was great.

Extra wine glasses and teaspoons would have been handy.

So close to the station, love that everyone has their own en-suite.

Good location. All rooms en-suite.

The only place big enough to all congregate is the kitchen which got quite noisy even with only 8 of us just talking normally in small groups.
