Really comfortable beds and spotlessly clean

Not a teabag in sight, and no cafetiere or coffee making facilities so make sure you take everything

Clean warm and comfortable cottage. The easy parking was bonus and the pub opposite with a skittle alley was fun! Beds were comfy, linen of fab quality. The kitchen was well stocked and having the use of the log burner was an absolute pleasure. We perhaps would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine, but not a big issue at all. A side lamp in the lounge would be useful. Hilariously creaky stairs made bedtime a challenge once others were asleep, again not a big problem. All just our observations:) summary we highly recommend.

Facilities, bedrooms and beds, decor and well maintained kitchen. Couch was comfy and cleanliness of property.

Thought there were free toiletries, i.e. shampoo and bath gel, but we couldn't find them. Squeaky stairs but it is an old house.

Lovely location with wonderful dog walking in the country park. Quiet and convenient. Loved the peacocks roaming around the town! Neighbour was very friendly and helpful. Well stocked with cleaning materials etc.

Only one toilet for a family of 6. Very creaky stairs to get to the downstairs loo in the middle of the night! If you have a dog the back garden (with lawn) is not fenced in from neighbour's gardens.

We have stayed at the property before, so we knew we liked it.
