Orchard Cottage.

Beautiful cottage spotlessly clean, had everything needed for a couple of nights. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed. Modern television with netflix and TV apps for I player etc. Also provided small radio which my husband loved listening to. Small garden area nicely laid out with tables and chairs and lit up at night. Great for our small dog also as all enclosed. Owners live next door and were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to Lincoln by road from cottage, Also enjoyed a visit to Woodhall spa. The cottage is in a lovely village setting.

Directions worked perfectly to find property and entry easy. This fairly recently converted property is bright, fresh, modern and immaculate with much thought having gone in to making it comfortable while providing everything we needed. nice to have outside space. looking at guest book in property, many previous guests have had dogs with them but there was absolutely no evidence of any wear or tear due to dogs, inside and out was pristine. Have already recommended to friends who stay locally for ‘overspill’ guest accommodation.

Lovely little cottage appreciated the paintings and pictures, the TV was a bit of a novelty - all cleverly designed and furnished. Lovely and clean and little doggie extras. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely little apartment, very clean, comfy bed, had everything you needed. Small garden.... Great for the dog. Nice and quiet.

This a very well appointed and thought out apartment. It is quiet and comfortable and good value for money

The excessive air fresheners. I would prefer a king bed and I would prefer to be able to leave a window open. I found the heating controls complicated
