This is a well appointed and we'll designed property. It was immaculately clean

the shower is a little small for us and the towels were tiny and not good quality. the bed was comfy but not king-size. the remote for the tv surround lights was not working and there was only one sachet of coffee.

Everything! Absolutely love the decor it's inspired me for my own home... where's the kettle, toaster and microwave from ha ha?! The bed was super comfy and smelt so fresh! Cleanliness was perfect, shower was so powerful, Christmas decorations a nice touch. We would definitely come back!!

Few walks around for the dogs Could do with some coat hooks around the place But absolutely loved it for one night!

Great location. Superb decoration. Exceptionally clean. Ease of communication. Comfortable home from home, perfect for rest and recuperation.

Would be good to have a sweeping brush/hoover to use.

Perfect accommodation for visiting our daughter who goes to lincoln uni. Somewhere we could chill together without having to go in grotty student digs. The property was small and perfectly formed. Impeccably clean and cosy. Really comfortable and lovely decor. Dogs welcome is a big plus. It's a little way out of the centre of Lincoln but that's not an issue for us. The village is very pleasant quiet location. Highly recommend
