Exceptionally clean Great location Lovely space inside Perfect for what we needed Strong shower

One of the single bedrooms the mattress was quite hard so tricky to get to sleep A dishwasher would be a bonus but obviously not essential

House was lovely warm and cosy even though it was cold outside

The Property was spotless clean, very homely, super close to the Lincoln football stadium, comfortable beds. Had everything we need for a weekend.

Key code was sent by text with clear instuctions where the key box was. No problems locating the box

Easy to get access. Nice and warm.

Lack lighting outside, making it difficult to see steps in entrance way. Potential trip hazzard. Also no lighting outside the back. Tea, coffee and suger but no milk provided. Would have been nice to have had some after the long trip down. No pizza cutter and mix match supply of plates, pans and cutlery. Mattress on bed was well used and felt like being on a water bed, did not sleep well. No TV in main bedroom. Stairs are very steep and could be a problem for someone with disabilities. Parking at school times could be a problem too. No up to date information on local shop or takeaways. Should be up dated more often.

Good price and clean

Slow response when contacted the owner. There was no option for lack of towels. Maybe leave spare linen locked in the property, available on request?

Cosy, very clean, hand for center and quite location.

Stairs quite a bit steeper than normal,but okay once used to them (with care!)
