It's a home from home. Saw the red arrows fly over, looking out the bedroom window

Convenience for the city, within walking distance, comfortable accommodation, parking outside property. Well equipped house, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, home from home.

Everything. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean and everything you could need. We stayed on a really hot weekend, but I slept really well. It was not too hot in the bedroom. Bed was really comfortable. Lovely soft towels. The host Lisa was really friendly and warned us to avoid a 3pm check-in as there is a school at the bottom of the road and parking may be a problem then. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. We were there for 2 concerts at Lincoln Castle, so we were able to get there easily. The area is quiet. Just what we needed.

The stairs are really narrow and steep. It didn't affect me once I got used to them, but maybe not for people with mobility issues.
