It was a good location.

In need of some TLC the bathroom particularly and a couple of sofas were stained. The smell from the diffuser was overpowering. The kitchen was clean and the bedding, however the towels were small. My son also cut his toe with a splinter on the stairs. It was OK for the 2 nights we stayed, but not quite the standard we usually expect, if I'm honest.
