Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden; Ruhige Nachbarschaft; Gut ausgestattete Küche (für den Gasherd muss man ein Feuerzeug mithaben);

Teppichboden; steile Stiege ins obere Stockwerk (für ältere bzw. bewegungseingeschränkte Personen eher nicht geeignet).
