Superb location. The house was clean and perfect for 3 adults. Would use again

Such a small thing but two bath sheets were provided in the main bedroom but only a bath towel in the smaller room which was a little small for showering, couldnt wrap the towel around the body.

Lovely accommodation, home from home. Everything we needed. Very clean. Really comfortable beds. Location to main attractions was excellent.

This is a very minor issue but the bed side lamp as you came through into the main bedroom wasn't working and a bulb in the over head light kept turning off so lighting was low. Nothing major just difficult to see putting makeup on.

"Perfect stay for sightseeing in Lincoln."

Grayz Townhouse is perfect for a stay in the fabulous City of Lincoln. Great location, in walking distance to the Cathedral, Castle, Shops, Pubs and Restaurants. The property is comfortable and clean, great for relaxing when not out and about. Lovely lounge, bedrooms and nice little outside garden to sit outside with a bottle of wine. Bonus of free parking. We loved it.

Lovely little house which was clean & comfortable. Good facilities with bonus of car parking outside the front. Fantastic location as only a short walk to the castle & cathedral. Good communication & recommendations for restaurants in the area

The property was easy to locate, with 2 car parking spaces on the front. The house is nice & clean with pleasant furnishings. Good communication from Nola with helpful instructions for our stay. The free WiFi was easy to connect to. The bed in the front room was very comfortable, with nice bedding. Also lots of storage room in the bedroom.
