Grayz Townhouse - Free onsite parking for 2 cars

We received all access details as well as some additional tips and recommendations from the host a few days before our arrival, which was much appreciated. The property was easy to find and has ample parking space. The interior of the townhouse is very cozy and had great amenities and a lovely garden space (it was sadly a bit too wet and chilly during the period of our stay to make use of it ourselves). The location itself is super central, with the castle and cathedral within a few minutes' walk, so it was really an ideal base for exploration of Lincoln's historic centre. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Good proximity to town centre and parking at the property. Comfortable house and we would stay here again.

Bathroom was small and it would have been useful to have a dishwasher. There were no instructions for recycling or bin collections

Excellent location, just a short walk to the gorgeous Bailgate area and then on through the city centre. Very quiet road. Off street parking a bonus, loads of space, very clean, had everything we needed.

Location good and parking and a clean and comfortable house. Milk in the fridge a nice thought. Good experience.

The mattress on the bed wasn't flat so was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect for our needs and a short walk to central Lincoln.

Excellent location for exploring Lincoln. Everywhere was in walking distance and it was a nice quiet area. House very clean and comfortable, well equipped and a lovely powerful shower. Parking was great. The info folder provided by host regarding the area was very helpful, particularly the eateries (I will add ZOOT cafe to the list).

DVDs provided but no obvious DVD player. A minor issue that did not impact our stay.

Location was excellent. Itr was very comfortable.

I think, because of the name, I expected something less modern. More quirky. Also not as clean as I would like (recognise standards differ) and there is evidence of a mouse (droppings on kitchen floor and in cutlery draw) which made us wary of cleanliness and attention to detail of cleaners.

All good. Check in easy with key safe. Ample parking Great for visiting Lincoln City Centre.
