Unfortunately only one small detail, too few towels in the room for a family of four but that's a detail.

The location was excellent, very close to the historic area of Lincoln, the house was decorated to a very high standard and very homely and comfortable. Everything that you needed was available in the property, with one exception, a bath mat would be good. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit the historic sights of Lincoln.😁

I do not think that you could improve much on the facilities in this property, if I was being pernickety, tidy up the courtyard and the area at the front of house.

Fantastic location near the castle and cathedral, free parking, nice and clean and comfortable place to stay. Easy walk to local bars and restaurants. Would stay again .

Would have been nice to have a pint of milk on arrival. Needs.to advise the beds are a double and small double (didn't matter to us but could if two couples) and that quilts are feather/down as not everyone can sleep with them.

The property was first class great location lovely house. Slight problem with the new boiler but hosts were fantastic in sorting straight away

Great location, and having a private parking space is ideal Cosy feel, good master bedroom. Master mattress very soft, I like that but others may not. We would stay here again as location is great. Good shower.

2nd bedroom small bed and small room but fine for our two children to share (both under 7). Some of the crockery needed a wash up before use

Great location on quiet street, with ample off-road parking immediately outside the house. Short, flat walk to Newport Arch. Very clean throughout and neat as a pin. Hosts had taken the trouble to put up a Christmas tree which was lovely.

Second bedroom has a small double bed. I shared with my 12yr old daughter and we were OK for our 2nt stay but I think it could quickly become uncomfortable for an adult couple. The clip to hold the shower head in place is a bit temperamental and should probably be replaced.

Amazing location .Very quiet street only 5 minutes walk from cathedral . Lovely clean town house
