The location was very good.

As others have mentioned, cleanliness was not to the standard I would expect. I had to clean the kitchen surfaces and rewash several plates before use. Lack of freezer was a surprise and I was disappointed that there wasn't a welcome pint of milk. Also, no waste bin in the bathroom which is not great- especially when one is needed for disposal of hygiene products.

Excellent location, close to historic Lincoln Castle and Cathedral but not close enough to be touristy. Clean and comfortable.

No freezer facility . Cleaner turned up 3/4 hour before checkout. No guidance on waste disposal/ recycling.

Excellent location with parking outside the front door. Comfortable and warm house with everything you need for a short break.

Very convenient for walking into Lincoln Cathedral area including the Castle. I appreciated being able to park off road outside the property. Cosy comfortable house.

More tourist information and an information booklet would have been useful.

Great location, clean and tidy. Easy to get too and spacious. All information we needed was at the house and on a quiet street.

The curtains aren't blackout so when the sun came up the rooms were illuminated. Honestly, that was the only thing I'd change.

The weather wasn't brilliant but it was February

This was a comfortable, clean house in an excellent location. It was spacious and had the facilities we needed for a two-night stay. The host was initially very communicative, offering many suggestions for places to eat, drink and visit. The wi-fi worked well. The parking was big enough for two cars as stated. We could walk to the cathedral, castle and historic centre within a few minutes.

The heating was switched off when we arrived, and the fire (GAS!) would not turn on at any point. Once we resolved the heating, the house became warm and comfortable, but it wasn't a great start on a cold day in January. One or two lights and a blind in the kitchen were not working. A very personal clothing item belonging to previous occupants was not removed from the bedroom. All of this was mentioned via text and email, but we got no response.
