Grayz Townhouse - Free onsite parking for 2 cars

This was a comfortable, clean house in an excellent location. It was spacious and had the facilities we needed for a two-night stay. The host was initially very communicative, offering many suggestions for places to eat, drink and visit. The wi-fi worked well. The parking was big enough for two cars as stated. We could walk to the cathedral, castle and historic centre within a few minutes.

The heating was switched off when we arrived, and the fire (GAS!) would not turn on at any point. Once we resolved the heating, the house became warm and comfortable, but it wasn't a great start on a cold day in January. One or two lights and a blind in the kitchen were not working. A very personal clothing item belonging to previous occupants was not removed from the bedroom. All of this was mentioned via text and email, but we got no response.

Nicely situated, clean, and comfortable with everything that you would need for a few days away. Also great to have parking right outside

Whilst the bathroom has all the facilities needed, it is a tadge cramped.

A bit dowdy Some larger thicker towels.They would hardly cover a child certainly not my size 12 body

Centrally located short walk to Castle and Cathedral

Doors and floorboards were creaky but not a problem!

Location ideal for the top end of the town. Everyhere we wanted to go easily walkable. Parking was ideal and a real help in a town/area with lots if restrictions. Property very clean, easy to access and find. Plenty of space in the property and usefully furnished. Always lovely and warm too. Didn't use rear outdoor space but looks well set up and useful for the warmer seasons.

Missed the flexibility of a SMART TV where could watch catch up TV. Felt the kitchen lacked a few basics like scissors, foil and clingfilm.

Grayz Townhouse - the perfect place to stay when visiting Lincoln and surrounding areas. The onsite parking is a real bonus and the location is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions (Cathedral, restaurants, Castle etc). The house is warm, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The well equipped kitchen looks out on a beautiful private courtyard and it was a delight to stay here.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.
