Outside presentation of property needs a little help! Property looks a little sketchy at first site

The neighborhood was peaceful. The home was clean.

The master bath didn't have wash cloths.

I had some problems and they resolved them almost instantly!!!!

Comfortable bed

The owner manager did not communicate about his requirement for my drivers license before giving me the lock code on the door. I called at 12 pm while on my lunch and I had said to him I wanted to know if there is a lockbox or code and he said this would occur after checkin time at 3. He said nothing of needing my drivers license at that time but then texted me while at work of this requirement. I could not load my picture of drivers license onto booking app but I emailed it to him and after much time he finally gave me the code and I left with a four hour drive after work. He could have asked for this upfront and I would have given it or especially when I called to ask for the code. He also has cameras at the front door and patio but the listing doesn’t tell me this. Lastly he texted throughout my stay each day about his rules which are many and written in all caps. I wanted a place of refuge and sleep but this stay fell short for these reasons. I will not return and I have upcoming trips to Lubbock.
