Location was really great. Beautiful view and accomodation is really close to town center. Host rung directly and a quick run down of entering property/key etc. which was great. Property itself is quite spacious and kitchen is well equip.

"Cleanest accommodation I've stayed in in NZ"

Very clean and well-presented accommodation, house had everything you needed. Quiet location looking out to the Waikato River in the distance. Would stay here again next time I'm in Raglan.

Stone steps up to the door need more levelling. Might be hard to find in the dark if you haven't been here before.

Quiet except for am

Hard access to door. Steps with no railings. A bit far from town. Not well equipped. No linings in indoor trash+ had to use our own plastic bags). Had to have the caretaker come over to start WiFi. Could hear the caregiver downstairs in the am.
