BBQ was beyond filthy, to which the host blamed previous guests. Sorry, this does not cut it as although guests should in theory keep it clean it should be checked and cleaned after every checkout. Suggested we clean it with water and paper towel. it needed serious full clean not a bit of paper towel. No hand soap in the house, no soap in bathroom. Host accessed house while we were inside without asking or letting us know she was inside. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. A phone call or a knock on the door would have been appropriate. Host had a big hand written list of do nots on the table. But said it wasn't aimed at us. Most of which was aimed at cleaning up. We paid a huge cleaning fee as part of our Booking. However stilll as would expect, we left all dishes washed and put away. No Rubbish bin provided in the house, apparently to stop cockroaches. Instead a cardboard box was provided to put on the floor. How on earth will an open cardboard box do better than an actual bin with a lid. Every single bed in the house was sunken and VERY soft. Leaving no option for anyone who NEEDS a firm non sunken bed for bad back and hips. This resulted in my husband and I needing to sleep in separate beds to attempt to sleep. Needless to say my back and hips were crippled when we left. Beds suitable for kids and people with zero need for firm supportive bed. 3 nights of crap sleep for both of us in separate beds. Path up to the 2nd story needs to be fixed as is dangerous. A torch is not a substitute. Overhanding wooden beam on edge of path needs cutting to not jut out. Very easily hit your head if not careful. Car parking is a juggle
