Kowhai Cottage & Studio

Loved the setup for our family of 4 (2× teenage children). Fantastic spot for adult couples holidaying together or for families with older kids. Great location and super cute. Had everything we needed and more.

Wonderful location. Short walk up end of street to wharf and easy walk going the other way into the township. Great for us as 2 couples to have 2 separate sleeping areas both with bathrooms. Great outdoor areas to sit.

Cute cottage had a great feel to it. Lovely decor, cute and comfortable. Room locations were great, makes it easy for couples travelling together. Easy walk into to town, perfect place for a weekend away. We will definitely be back!

We liked the layout of the bedrooms, even though we were only one couple we would come back with other couples. The separateness of the rooms is advantageous for couples travelling. I would recommend the twin bed configuration becoming adaptable into the king bed (split king) allowing for 3 couples. Beds were a little uncomfortable a mattress topper would be recommended on each of them, making them more lux. Kitchen was dated, but still very useable.

Gorgeous cottage, close to everything but peaceful. Comfortable living space with good amenities.

The bottom bedroom was very damp and musty and had no heater. We had to share a heater between the studio and that bedroom. A third heater in the winter months could make a big difference!

beautiful property with great facilities. staff were easy to contact when we had a problem. gorgeous location and very peaceful. really convenient to walk into town

bathroom was a bit tired in the main house. oven was filthy and filled the house with acrid smoke, also had a broken dial which meant you could only turn it on with a set of pliers.
