"Wonderful apartment in excellent location."

Amazing location - a 20 second walk to the wonderful mercato di ballaro - you can smell the beautiful scents of the market as soon as you step outside. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom, there are several balconies to see the wonderful streets and courtyards of Palermo. The host was very helpful and responsive - and very patient with my limited Italian.

Logement très agréable. Possibilité de stationner à proximité même si les places sont comptées. A proximité du marché Ballaro et des grands artères commerçantes

Accès difficile, mais en suivant les instructions de l'hôte on y arrive. C'est en ZTL, donc bien penser à demander à l'hôte de faire la démarche pour le pass.

"Recomand acest apartament doar pentru poziția centrală și curățeniei din interior !"

Locația este in zona centrală , aproape de obiectivele turistice importante din Palermo , si foarte aproape de Piața Centrală.

Accesul la proprietate este un pic dificil , mai ales dacă ajungi seara. Nu există loc de parcare , pentru că zona este foarte aglomerată , si ca sa ai sanse minime de parcare pe stradă, trebuie să ai o mașină foarte mică…, plus ca e in zona ZTL , si în weekend nu ai voie să parchezi. Vecinii apartamentului unii sunt zgomotoși, in sensul că gatesc si “discută” pana tarziu in noapte , alții se trezesc foarte devreme si matura ori spală prin curte, ori pornesc motoretele pentru a pleca la cumpărături sau la lucru . Cladirea in care este apartamentul necesită renovare , arătând sinistru, in curtea interioară fiind anumite mirosuri nu tocmai plăcute 😬dar apartamentul in sine este ok . Zona mai ales seara…, este putin dubioasă, chiar înfricoșătoare la prima vedere , fiind frecventă de persoane dubioase. Cu toate acestea noi nu am avut parte de nici un incident, de nici un fel , localnicii văzându-si efectiv de treaba lor.
