Convento das Bernardas Charming - Tavira

Lo que más me gusto fue la ubicación y la piscina del convento.

No me gustó que estuve un día sin luz desde las 9:00 de la mañana hasta las 17:00 de la tarde. Al parecer fue un problema con el EDP de Portugal pero yo me tuve que ir a comer fuera y tuve que tirar algo de comida, además de estar sin aire acondicionado con el calor que hacía. El apartamento no está demasiado limpio, y las toallas no las cambian en una semana, te dicen que pongas la lavadora pero luego no hay sitio para tender la ropa, de hecho no hay tendedero. Otro problema que tuvimos es que salto la alarma y no sabemos el motivo,pero bueno comparado con no tener luz, a esto no le dimos importancia. Vino una de las chicas y la desactivo. La verdad que deja un poco que desear el apartamento. Me pidieron disculpas pero nada más. Las chicas que hacen el chek in son muy majas, dan la cara y son amables, desde luego no es su culpa, pero me dijeron que su jefe se pondría en contacto conmigo por booking.com y no lo ha hecho. No volveré a repetir mi estancia en este lugar.

The internet was great but was down for 2 days, our host did her best by supplying an alternative service.

It was clean and comfortable

It was stuffy when we first arrived but this was soon sorted by opening the windows. The dishwasher and washing machine were not working. The second bedroom on the mezzanine floor is more for children or a single adult.

Great location, very secure and designated on site parking. Very clever use of space in apartment, stunning building and very quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi.

A couple of appliances in the apartment did not work and it really could have benefited from a microwave. A couple of the houses external chairs were broken, the communal sun beds were limited and not very comfortable. While the downstairs shower was very powerful, the seals on the shower screen were not adequate and it was easy to flood the floor.
